1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using any services offered by bk8mas, you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. This acceptance takes effect immediately upon completing the registration process or accessing any part of the bk8mas platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to use this platform. bk8mas operates under a recognised international licence and is subject to the relevant regulatory framework.

2. Registration and Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one bk8mas account. The use of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether through different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, IP addresses or devices, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with the removal of any balances.

To register a bk8mas account, you must:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information
• Provide a valid identification card number (MyKad) during the identity verification process
• Provide an active and reachable mobile phone number
• Agree that the account is for your personal use only

bk8mas reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified within the specified period will be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. Players are fully responsible for keeping their account information up to date whenever there are any changes.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bk8mas offers secure and convenient deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players. All financial transactions are processed securely through supported channels.

The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM20. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, subject to successful verification.

All deposits and withdrawals must use the payment method registered under the player's account name. bk8mas does not accept payments from third parties. Any attempt to use a payment method belonging to another person will result in account suspension and a refund to the original source.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bk8mas offers various types of promotions to players, including a welcome bonus for the first deposit. All bonuses are subject to wagering conditions and validity periods as specified.

The bk8mas first deposit bonus gives you 150% of your deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250. You need to meet a wagering requirement of RM150 × 20 = RM3,000 before that bonus can be withdrawn.

If you deposit RM800, the maximum bonus of RM500 will be credited, bringing your balance to RM1,300. The wagering requirement to be met is RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

• Bonuses cannot be used in combination with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise
• bk8mas reserves the right to modify, cancel or end any promotion at any time
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure
• Weekly cashback bonuses are available for VIP members across three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%) and Gold (up to 1.2%)

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bk8mas platform are subject to the rules of their respective games. Bets that have been confirmed by the system are final and cannot be withdrawn or modified.

bk8mas uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of all slot games and table games. The outcome of each game is free from human interference and the system's decisions are final.

• Internet connection failures during an active bet do not entitle the player to cancel that bet
• Any obvious technical flaw in the game system that gives a player an unfair advantage may result in the cancellation of the round in question
• bk8mas reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving cheating, fraud or exploitation of the system
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are as set within each game and may change at any time

6. Player Responsibilities

By using the bk8mas platform, you acknowledge that you are using this service at your own personal responsibility. You agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the fairness, security or integrity of the platform.

Players are strictly prohibited from:

• Using unauthorised third-party software, bots or automated systems to influence game outcomes
• Cooperating with other players to manipulate betting outcomes (collusion)
• Using information or methods that provide an unfair advantage
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources
• Making any false claims or representations to bk8mas or third parties

Violation of any of the above responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and balances, and legal action where necessary.
